A regular Phase 3 stabilization phase is low carb but not necessarily high fat – my P3tolife Program is low carb, but not high fat or keto and is very successful for ladies to reliably stabilize their weight loss. If you want to pursue a keto style high-fat phase 3, I don’t have much information about this at this time – the one caution here is that it’s easy to eat too many calories on keto when transitioning off P2 so that would be something to really track your calories if trying that. If you chose to do P3toLife while exercising during P3, I would also recommend adding calories as you feel the physical need – perhaps in the range of 100-200 extra calories of protein per day.
