Also the P2 hot drinks recipes – include a latte recipe – might be just as enjoyable for P3, or you could also adapt those to P3 as well.
Also, some of the Ketogenic or Paleo latte recipes swapped out with either Swerve (a great non-GMO brand of erythritol) and for any natural sweeteners used might be great – I did a quick search and realized that some of them are really too high in calorie to be using in P3 – they take up too many of your calories for the day as we’ve found with the P3toLife program that gradually raising calories in the first few weeks produces the more reliable stabilization results.
Here is a couple that after reviewing seem suitable with some modifications:
Suggested modifications for P3 – replace the dates with a sugar-free sweetener of your choice, and reduce the coconut oil to 1.5 tsp.
Pumpkin Spice Latte: suggested modifications are to replace the maple syrup with a sugar-free sweetener like Swerve or stevia or both, and take note this recipe says serves 4, so I’d only have 1 serving. You may also want to reduce the full-fat coconut milk – I think the calories in 1 serving would still be a bit high for 1 drink.
