This company has quite a variety of products!
The crusts that seem suitable are their low carb ones – the main ingredients in these is cauliflower rice, egg for binder, and mozzarella cheese.
If you eat 1 entire crust above, it’s only 6 grams of carbs and 270 calories – put some healthy toppings on that and that’s a great P3 meal. It does have mozzarella, which in the P3toLife program we don’t do until week 3, but in reality as long as your calories are accounted for, I don’t see it presenting a real problem.
I did notice they had some crusts made with lentil flour, this one, that are not labeled as low carb, and these for P3 probably is best avoided as you will notice the carbs per serving are substantially higher from the lentil content.
