My hCG injection feels like it burning when it gets into my skin. Is this normal?

Does your hCG includes b12 in it? B12 solution can sometimes burn going in as reported by others. I’m not sure there is much that can be done about that unfortunately. Usually with just plain hCG there is no burning sensation.
