Many people just end up staying in Phase 3 the entire time between their cycles of hCG on P2, and that’s honestly perfectly okay. Even with the P3toLife program, which has up to 7 weeks of recipes and meal plans to utilize if you desire, the meals that are in “P4” territory after Week 3 (since P3 is technically only 3 weeks long) are still super healthy and only add things like sweet potato fries or other slightly more carb dense items like that. We still don’t approach “donuts” territory again.
So if you don’t want to delve into the world of trying to add simple carbs and sugars again just yet, no worries, you really don’t have to do that. You can just continue P3-style eating until you start your next round of hCG.
