For me the quickest way into ketosis when on Phase 2 of the hCG protocol is to remove not only the melba/grissini from the diet, but the fruits as well. I share what I replaced the calories in the fruit with in my post on this topic:
The other thing is if you haven’t loaded for the diet yet, clean loading will also help you get into ketosis almost right away on P2 as well:
Using both of those methods, I believe I was already in ketosis on the 2nd day of P2.
