In your case I would highly recommend then doing something structured- that’s what my P3toLife program is all about – an exact meal plan and recipes, that guides you through gradually raising your calories each week, which is one of the main factors in reliable stabilization, and the great thing is you don’t have to count anything. Just follow the plan and you’re golden.
While I do have lots of free resources for Phase 3 for guidance- these are all very general thoughts and if you’ve had continual trouble with weight regain, I’m just being honest I do not thing they will be very helpful to you. P3toLife is different because it’s so specific and you learn from it how to intuitively make food decisions and eat in a way that will serve you for life.
