Many people who are actively working or on their feet all day follow a higher calorie protocol, eating more like 800 calories, even up to 1000 calories per day, incorporating a 3rd serving of protein and more vegetables. One such protocol is hCG 2.0. It may also be helpful in a case like yours to break up your meals even more – splitting lunch and dinner into 2 meals each for instance – kind of nibbling on your lunch over a period of time.
Also with a job like yours, it would be more important than ever to dial in your dosage as I have had low blood sugar when on the wrong dose, even though I wasn’t necessarily feeling hunger pangs, I definitely felt extremely out of sorts in a not good way- once I got my dosage figured out this problem went away.
