Original email for context: I’m currently doing my first round but would potentially like to do another round in the future. Can the miracle noodles be kept in the refrigerator? Do you have any idea how long they last? I’m on phase 2 day 16 so it would be awhile before I could do my next round.
The miracle noodles have a pretty long shelf life and don’t need to be refrigerated (yay for more fridge space). Your packages should actually have an expiration date on the back – in many cases it’s like a whole year long or even more. So they will definitely last a long time!
