Original email for context: Other than the mundaneness of eating the same foods day after day, is there anything wrong with not changing the proteins? I’ve been eating chicken breast, tomatoes and strawberries for lunch and dinner everyday. I’m just hoping that is does not affect my weight loss in a bad way. Your thoughts?
As long as you find yourself to be losing weight, there’s no problem. If you found yourself in a stall or things seem much slower than they did, you might consider changing things out just to see if a food intolerance is contributing to that or not. Like how most diets work, weight loss on hCG also relies on the very low-calorie diet VS your daily metabolic rate & energy consumption which makes you lose weight.
But I often ate the same basic meals on P2 during my rounds – it seems like each round I ended up with 2-3 different favorite meals and I ate those a lot without weight loss problems.
I hope that helps!
