There are some Aloe Vera based products that can be used for massage I’ll share with you in a moment – I still might just add that it may be best to skip the massage entirely on P2 though – Dr. Simeons advised against it – doesn’t mean you truly can’t but may be best to wait.
A possible reason for the caution is massage can start getting toxins moving around and needing to drain through the lymphatic system which is not really a good time to do this because your body is already processing possible toxins being released from your fat stores. So basically might not be a good idea to add a more toxic burden for your body to process at this time.
