Yes personally in general I think this is fine. The only thing you might want to watch out for is if you do find yourself stalling or having really slow weight loss and you’ve been eating the same exact foods every day, you might try introducing a little more variety to things, just to see if that helps your weight loss.
There were times when I was on the hCG Diet that I felt like making my foods different seemed to help with this, but then there were other times that I ate the same meals everyday and lost weight great, so it’s just something to kind of watch and see and adjust as needed. But many people do this.
