Original email for context: I started phase 2 ten days ago with little to no hunger and have lost 7lbs. I inject between 6:30-7:30 am. Now today experiencing a lot of hunger around 10:30 am. I eat lunch at noon. Any suggestions please?
There’s 2 things I’m thinking of here – it seems possible that either maybe you are ovulating or pre-menstrual, causing a change in your hunger, or perhaps it’s time for a dosage change.
Usually, if you’ve been losing weight, and your dosage felt good for that many days in a row, it’s most likely that a dosage change down is what you need. As you get leaner most people need less hCG (if they were on a higher starting dose).
This happened to me on my first round. I was on 175iu for a time which felt just fine for like 10-12 days, then suddenly the diet was feeling quite a bit harder and I was struggling with hunger, and when I reduced it, I felt much better and was able to continue on that new dose (I think it was maybe like 165iu) for awhile. Then I needed to reduce it further to 150iu after several days of that and the 150iu worked for the remainder of that first round.
For the rest on troubleshooting this please see my detailed hCG dosage article.
