Original email for context: I am a consistent weightlifter. I didn’t stop working out the first time I did the protocol and did very well. Do you think it is ok to continue to lift? I do not currently do high intensity more like a bodybuilding style to help strengthen some weak areas. I am doing the homeopathic drops not the injections?
Usually I tend to warn people to be cautious about exercising on hCG because it seems to cause stalls and asking too much of the body- such low calories at same time as working out- if you have done it already in the past without issue, and it’s already been a part of your life for a long time, your body might be fine this too.
The only thing I have seen is that sometimes a person can get away with it for a round but then as they tax their body and their body becomes more drained, they find they begin struggling in the future with the same approach as a result. I think if you continue, you want to gauge how you are feeling – usually your body will let you know – you’ll either feel like crap or have a complete stall for days.
So I can’t be sure- like since you mentioned your workouts being more lifting/shaping not so much high intensity, that likely makes a difference too.
