Actually, yes! Rayzel has interviewed ladies who had weight loss surgeries pre and post hCG and those who contemplated in doing surgeries but decided to try hCG instead and all were successful! And it’s true if you have smaller stomach it may be easier for you to restrict calorie intake. And honestly, age does not matter in this diet, what matters most would be the dedication and commitment!
