It was allowed even on the original protocol of Dr. Simeons to break up your allotted food – so your lunch of the fruit + veggie + protein + grissini/melba doesn’t have to all be eaten at the same time. I know this isn’t the same thing as eggs and toast! But you could certain have your fruit and or melba/grissini for breakfast.

The other possibility is to make your whole meal that you could split into 2 servings – the following are egg dishes, designed because Dr. Simeons allowed 1 whole egg + 3 egg whites to be used in place of 1 meat protein serving for the day – these egg recipes have more volume than the meat ones since eggs fluff up a lot when cooked, so they are perfect for dividing into 2 servings (plus – eggs for breakfast – makes sense):
- Swiss Rainbow Chard Frittata
- Mexican Omelette Cake
- Spanish Tortilla
- Hardboiled Eggs in Masala Sauce w/ Cucumber
- Chopped Egg and Bellpepper Salad
- French Egg Spinach Muffins
- Daikon Egg Waffle
- Fried Miracle Rice
Combine half your P2 meal in the morning, with a cup of hCG Diet Latte or hCG Peppermint Chocolate Latte and you’re good to go!
